Doubek is a two Michelin star fine dining restaurant located in Vienna’s 8th district. At the heart of the restaurant is a custom-built fire kitchen, where open flames and the passion of chef Stefan Doubek shape every dish. Handmade charcoal textures reflect the craft of the kitchen, while the interior and branding extend this elemental language into a cohesive identity. Wine lists wrapped in black steel, business cards in soft wool, and deeply embossed menu covers define a tactile experience built on essential materials. The wordmark captures the elegance and raw power of fire, complemented by a signet that reduces the identity to its purest form.
